Access to Information-Living Fully Alive and The Pathway to Freedom (Applicable only to Living Fully Alive and The Pathway to Freedom)
Living Fully Alive and The Pathway to Freedom courses were designed to be an experience and teaching tool. Due to the nature of the content, it is necessary for students to participate in a weekly process.
For the purpose of an individual's development, each weekly video session will be available to view for up to two weeks after its initial launch. During that two week time period, the session can be viewed as many times as desired. At the end of two weeks, the lesson will no longer be available to view.
Upon completion of the course, there will be a two-week time period where all the sessions will be available to view at the student’s leisure. This is an added review bonus for the purpose of having a final review of all the content.
At the end of this review, all content will be discontinued. (None of the materials in these courses are available for download and are only available during the duration of their respective drip schedules.)
The audio from each session will be available to listen to during the entirety of each respective course schedule.
PDFs of each session will be available for download to keep indefinitely.

Due to the nature of digital content, any purchases made through Stumvoll Consulting, are non-refundable. Upon checking the box to the privacy policy, I agree that I have read and agree to this refund policy.

Facilitation of Courses (Applicable to ALL courses)
I acknowledge that after purchasing any course from Stumvoll Consulting, I deny the right to facilitate the use of the course material in private one-to-one sessions, either professionally or personally, with clients or others, for monetary gain or otherwise.
Further, while I do not have the right to facilitate the Stumvoll Consulting material with others as outlined above, I also agree not to teach the workshop content to others in any way, to groups or individuals, professionally or otherwise, for monetary gain or otherwise. I further agree not to post any text or video presentations of Stumvoll Consulting material, or demonstrations on the internet, or other electronic media.
Image Licensing and Permissions
Due to the nature of certain courses hosted by Stumvoll Consulting, participants may be taking part in live teachings, discussions, demonstrations, and interactions. These experiences are recorded and available for replay on the Stumvoll Consulting dashboard. The terms of availability are subject to the expectations defined for each individual course. Upon participating in any live interaction, you are agreeing to the following privacy policy regarding your image, likeness, and communications.
I grant permission to Stumvoll Consulting to record my likeness and voice on video (including live streaming), audio, photographic, digital, electronic, online format, or any and all other media.
I grant permission to Stumvoll Consulting to use my name in connection with these recordings.
I grant permission to Stumvoll Consulting to use, produce, publish, exhibit, edit, modify, or distribute, in whole or in part, these recordings and all media without compensation for any purpose that Stumvoll Consulting and those affiliated with Stumvoll Consulting deem appropriate, including promotional advertising efforts.
I understand that these recordings may appear in a variety of formats and media (digital, internet, mobile). I hereby release Stumvoll Consulting and those acting under its authority from liability, claims, and demands for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use, including and all claims for liability, defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright.
I understand and agree that all such recordings, in whatever medium, shall remain the property of Stumvoll Consulting.

I understand that I may not use the Stumvoll Consulting name on my website, business card or other printed materials. I may not use the Stumvoll Consulting (whether upper or lower case letters) as part of a website domain name or URL, or as part of an email address, or as a part of a social network profile and/or page name.
I agree to be bound by and will comply with all the conditions of this Agreement. I agree that I will not be informed about the acceptance of this Agreement by Stumvoll Consulting. Further, I agree that this form may be forwarded to and kept by my contractual partner, Stumvoll Consulting, that may store it electronically, using a third-party IT service.
